1. Using QuoteKit
QuoteKit helps you prepare, edit and share client proposals. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in details secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the briefs and proposals you provide. You are responsible for having permission to upload this content and for its accuracy. Do not submit unlawful content or information you are not authorized to share.
3. AI-assisted proposals
AI output may contain errors. Review scope, exclusions, assumptions, timeline and pricing before sending a proposal. QuoteKit does not provide legal, tax or professional advice. You and your client are responsible for the terms of your agreement.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan includes five proposals per month. Pro costs $12 per month or $99 per year and includes unlimited proposals and custom branding. Founding members pay $7 per month, locked for life, with 50 founding spots available. Regenerating a proposal uses the Free plan allowance. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled; manage your subscription through the Billing page. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
5. Sharing and acceptance
Anyone with a proposal’s share link can view it. Share links only with intended recipients. Client acceptance records a name and acceptance time; it is not an identity verification service.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep QuoteKit available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
