1. Information you provide
QuoteKit stores account details such as your email, name, company and logo, along with client names, briefs and proposal content. Shared proposals can also contain an accepting client’s name, note and acceptance time.
2. How information is used
We use this information to sign you in, create and save proposals, display your branding, record client acceptance and manage plan allowances and subscriptions.
3. AI processing
When you generate or regenerate a proposal, its brief and service type are sent to an AI provider through Lovable AI. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential material you do not have permission to process.
4. Shared proposals
A proposal share link allows anyone who has it to view the proposal, client name and your company branding without signing in. Private account and billing details are not included on the shared page. Treat the link as confidential if the proposal contains private information.
5. Service providers
Lovable Cloud supports account sign-in, data storage and logo storage. Stripe processes subscription payments; QuoteKit stores subscription references and plan status, not full payment card details. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.
6. Browser storage and security
QuoteKit uses browser storage to maintain your signed-in session. Account data access is restricted to its owner, except for the limited information made available through proposal share links. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can update your profile in Settings, edit your proposals, and manage your subscription in Billing. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information under applicable law.
8. Policy updates
This policy may change as QuoteKit evolves. The date above identifies the current version.
